Xavier. Chemins buissonniers

Exhibition “Xavier. Chemins buissonniers” at the Picasso Museum in Antibes

This spring Xavier, as much engraver as painter or sculptor, filmmaker or director creates a unique universe with his inventive characters at the Picasso Museum in Antibes. Our town was the place of his childhood holidays; here he learned to swim off the beaches of Salis, accompanied by his parents who then visited Picasso, his great-uncle, in Cannes or Mougins. If there is a family of artists in the history of art, Xavier’s is one of the most remarkable.
